HOW WE WORK...
Step 1. Showroom Visit & Consultation
Book an appointment with one of our fireplace designers to discuss your concept.
Using the showroom displays and our client portfolio, our designers will ensure they have an understanding of your preferred fuel type, style and key requirements based on your property, providing you a rough idea of costings.
The initial consultation is free of charge and usually takes around one hour per Fireplace.
Step 2. Design Process & Breif
After the initial consultation, our designers will review the options available for your project and research the best design solution to meet your brief. We will then consult with our technical team to check product compatibility and the feasibility of installation.
Estimates and drawings will be written up and ready to present.
Step 3. Design Meeting / Presentation
Inviting you back to the showroom, we will present our plans for your proposed fireplaces including costings. The presentation will include the original brief, run through of the recommended range of stoves/fireplaces and how they works. We will also run through the installation with any drawings/designs.
Step 4 - The home/site visit
Once we have all the key details of your project and the proposed installation in place, a visit to your home/site will be undertaken. During the visit we will measure up and make sure that everything we have discussed previously is in order, taking notes of any factors that may influence the final installation.
Step 5 - Appointing Fires And More
Once you are happy with our specified fireplace including the installation design you can formally appoint us to carry out your project.
Step 6 – Proceeding with the supply & Installation package
We want to make sure that your fireplace project is as stress-free as possible. This is why you can be assured that we are only ever a telephone call away. We will arrange the delivery & installation. Your fireplace designer will then liaise with you and your team to ensure your dream fireplace becomes a reality.
